Once a schedule is booked for Private Session and Workshops, we will hold your schedule up to a maximum of 3 days to formalize your slot. No response on the 3rd day from the booking reservation date will mean automatic cancellation of your appointment to give space to others.
We value your time, and that we ask clients to value our time as well and respect our business scheduling policy. We discourage cancellation. And should there be an emergency, please notify us at least 3 days in advance of any rescheduling.
Upon confirmation of your new schedule, you will receive a new booking confirmation from your Core Guide.
All bookings are final. We only allow rescheduling, provided that it will be made 3 days prior.
A “NO SHOW” shall be defined as a client not showing up without any request for rescheduling prior to a booked appointment, and therefore shall be charged 100% of their confirmed bookings without the option for rescheduling.
For late comers, a GRACE PERIOD of 15 minutes shall be allowed given that an advise or notification has been made.
There’s no cancellation of orders, and we accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
For defective products, we require photo or video evidence as proof within 3 days from the date of delivery. Upon receipt of your message, we will respond promptly and make sure your replacement is sent out the soonest.
